What this is
Safeguarding law differs in every country. This gives you the prompts to complete your own national section — child protection law, mandatory reporting, criminal record checks, referral routes, whistleblower protection — with worked examples for Romania, Lithuania and Belgium.
When to use it
Complete it for your own country when you adopt the framework, and consult it before travelling or making a referral abroad. Laws change: check with a national adviser before finalising it.
