Every staff member and volunteer
Courses 1 and 2. That is the minimum before anyone works with participants.
Safeguarding leads
All seven, starting with Courses 3 and 5.
Project coordinators
Courses 1, 2, 4 and 7.
Board members and trustees
Courses 3 and 6.
Trainers and facilitators
All seven.

Each course runs in your browser. Nothing to install, and nothing to sign up for. You can stop and come back, but your progress is not saved between visits — so allow yourself forty-five minutes.
Every document a course refers to is included inside the course, ready to download as you go.
Each course ends with a knowledge check. Complete it and your certificate downloads straight away, with your name, the course title and the date. Keep it for your organisation’s training record.
The certificate is evidence of completed training. It is not a professional qualification.
