What this is
The navigator for the whole toolkit. It answers four questions: what do we need, in what order, who does it, and where do we find it. It includes the complete document reference, the eleven-step setup sequence, a pre-project checklist, and what to reach for when a concern arises.
When to use it
Read this first. It is the shortest route to knowing which of the other thirty-one documents you actually need.
