Incident Form and Log (I1)

What this is
Three parts with three different levels of access. Part A is the incident form, completed by whoever received the concern, within twenty-four hours. Part B is the case log, kept by the safeguarding lead. Part C links reference codes to real names, and is stored separately from both.
When to use it
Use it the moment a concern is received. The three-part structure is what keeps your records lawful.
