What this is
The minimum standards every partner commits to before any activity happens: shared principles, a named safeguarding contact in each organisation, reporting routes, and who leads the response when a concern arises at someone else’s site.
When to use it
Sign it before activities begin, not afterwards. It does not replace each partner’s own policy; it makes sure a common floor exists.
