What this is
The main risk instrument, in three parts: participatory questions to use with your team and with young people, an internal risk register scoring likelihood against impact, and a section turning identified risks into an action plan with named owners.
When to use it
Use it before every project, once a year for the organisation as a whole, and again after any incident.
